I want more streamlined simplicity. Some ideas from different sources
1. Think about what things are most important to me– 4 or 5 things
2. Look at my commitments –do they fit and are they helping me be where I want to be?

4. Purge more stuff/ perhaps!
5. Simplify wardrobe

7. Eat slowly and more healthy
8. Work on making a more efficient routine that includes cleaning, devotions, meal planning and prep, church activities, areas of interest, exercise, friends, reading
